Greetings from The Good Time Guide

O, happy days! Following a Sunday of practically tropical sunshine yesterday, plus beautiful sunshine a plenty today, we are feeling most joyous! It may be Monday. And there may be work. But that is a mere detail. A dot in a sea of week-long entertainment. Starting with all you can eat on Monday, Morris Dancing on Tuesday, Comedy on Wednesday, The Lido on Thursday, Late Night Friday, Pub Games on Saturday and a Picnic on Sunday the week is a smorgasbord of entertainment. That's right! We hope you enjoy it all - from start to finish x

Monday - Endless Slab Mondays

If you love Ribs, then you will love Tony Roma's. Especially on a Monday! Offering all you can eat and eat and eat - every Monday evening from 17.00. Tuesday - Morris Dancing!

Yes, that's right. Morris Dancing returns to The Keystone, Guildford, on Tuesday 12th May. With the dancing provided by Fleet Morris with Rampant Roosters, the entertainment is set to start at 20.00. What more could you want from a Tuesday evening?!

Wednesday - Comedy Night

Thursday - Loving the Lido

We really are feeling summery this week. Yesterday was practically tropical (19 degrees is good enough for us!) and the sun is back today. Naturally our minds have turned to summertime pursuits. So today we give you Guildford Lido! Built in the 1930's, now fully restored and set in 3 acres of landscaped Gardens, with a 50m pool, we love the Lido!

Friday - Late Fridays

Looking for somewhere different to relax and unwind after a busy week at work, meet new people, indulge in a great glass of wine and enjoy excellent evening entertainment? Well it looks like The Lightbox, Woking, has the answer. Late Fridays offers visitors an exciting programme of events for Friday evenings, from 5pm 'til late, and has been organised especially with the after work and evening crowd in mind The programme of events scheduled for the summer includes live music, exclusive late night exhibition showings, film nights, meet the artist and open mic poetry. Sunday - Picnic in the Park
