Yes indeed.  Detail sourced from across Surrey and Hampshire.  Detail which we set out for you in seven daily doses of inspiration!  From Monday to Sunday we have all the detail necessary for you to embark on a spectacular week of entertainment and distraction, with absolutely no planning required by The Good Time Guide Weekly News readership at all.  Whatsoever.  We have it all.  From fantastic promotions at Tickled Ivory on Monday to The Electric Theatre Summer Film Festival on Tuesday; Way out West Jazz on Wednesday and Harpers Live Nights on Thursday; The Keystone's Cider Festival on Friday, followed by a Pirate Hog Roast at Boileroom on Saturday.  All of this is topped off by The Grey Horse's Unplugged night on Sunday, with The Guildford Summer Festival Farmers Market sneaking in via Tip of The Week as the final detail of the week.  Seven Days.  Seven Ideas.  It really is all in the detail x

Monday - Promotions at Tickled Ivory
Visit Tickled Ivory Piano Bar in Guildford to make the most of their fantastic promotions. Just £5 for any 9” pizza, including a glass of wine or a pint of beer or just £7 for any 12” pizza, including a glass of wine or a pint of beer (offer includes 175ml glass of House Red, White or Rose & selected larger). Tuesday - Electric Theatre Summer Film Festival
As Guildford's leading venue for classic, art house and world cinema, The Electric Theatre is excited to bring you details of its Summer Film Festival. Wednesday - Way Out West Jazz

Thursday - Shake a Tail Feather with The Best Blues Brothers Show in the World

Friday - Drink As Our Ancestors Did - Cider Festival
Head to The Keystone, Guildford, between Thursday 23rd & Sunday 26th July for a weekend long extravaganza of local cask ciders, BBQ's & live music. Children welcome until 19.00.
 
Saturday - Pirate Hog Roast
On Saturday 25th July you are invited to climb aboard the good-ship Boileroom and join them as they set sail into the choppy waves of Saturday night armed only with bottles of the finest pirate rum and a massive roasting hog! The night is as follows:

Boileroom are having a hog roast, they are all dressing as pirates and are making lots of obscure rum cocktails. And there's going to be awesome music from Big Red and guest DJ sets from a host of Boileroom bands.

It's gonna be awesome. FACT! Good times kick off at 18.00.
 
Sunday - Unplugged at The Grey Horse
Unplugged is The Grey Horse's Sunday night open mic session..... and following on from the bands this is your chance to sing a couple of songs acoustically. Very laid back atmosphere and ideal for beginners or singers of a nervous disposition. (NO POETS OR ELECTRIC GUITARS PLEASE).
