Monday - Guildford Summer Festival |
Forward planning is the order of the day. Following a most lovely Bank Holiday Weekend full of sunshine, we now need other summertime activities to plan for. And fortunately we have just the thing! The 2009 Guildford Summer Festival, running from 19 June to 1 August, promises to be the biggest yet with over 100 events covering a huge variety of activities including sports, drama, music, art, tours, workshops and shopping, as well as a wide array of fun events for the whole family. A host of famous names can be found in the pages of this year's brochure, including Shakespeare, Will Young, Michelle Collins, William Hogarth, Gwilym Simcock, Kristin Scott Thomas and Brian Wilson.
