Well, being located a short hop from the famous Hogs Back Brewery means that real ale fans are in for a treat, with a fine array on offer - along with the usual assortment of lagers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. The food is just as impressive - produce is always fresh and high quality. With a daily changing menu and extensive specials board, there'll definitely be something you fancy to enjoy in the enormous dining area.
Having recently celebrated their 21st birthday, the Shepherd and Flock have also had something of a spruce up, with paint and new furniture making the great venue just that better. That's not even with the deserved hyperbole of the enormous outdoor area - part large pub garden, part lush greenery, it is a site to behold. All in all, the perfect place to enjoy a bite and a drink!
