Whether it be swimming, squash, group fitness classes, well-being classes, dance courses, tennis, climbing, basketball, badminton, netball or 6-a-side football, there is something for everyone at Surrey Sports Park. Open to both members and non-members, our state-of-the-art Health and Fitness Centre is one of the largest in the country, whilst our on site Starbucks and the Bench Bar offer the perfect place to enjoy a drink or something to eat after a hard session.

We are proud to be the new home for great teams and great live sporting action in Surrey. A number of professional sports teams including Harlequins, Surrey Storm Netball Club and Guildford Heat Basketball Club train at the facility, and play matches live at the venue which you can come and enjoy. You can also expect to see a range of major events and tournaments at our venue, including the Women's Rugby World Cup and GB Women's basketball this summer.
