Overview
Caper and Berry have been established for some time now, providing exquisite catering services to the likes of The Guildford Cathedral and Northbrook Park. Now, they've moved onto their own patch, and Guildford's Yvonne Arnaud Theatre is the proud home of the Riverview Restaurant and sister venue the Riverbank Cafe Bar.
Let's begin with the former - The Riverview Restaurant offers a modern a la carte menu, using the finest local ingredients. As you've probably guessed by the name, your view of the River Wey is unparalleled, and is a superb place to have a meal. You don't need to see a performance to visit - and with the food on offer you'll probably forget all about it anyway...
For those of you who fancy something a tad less lingering, the Riverbank Cafe is for you, with soups, snacks, main meals and daily specials. As with the restaurant, expect locally sourced ingredients and great views, but with greater choice for those of us who want something a bit lighter. Open from 10am, you can of course just enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or (maybe a bit later in the day) a glass of vino.
