Overview
Set against the rural and picturesque backdrop of Wood Street Village, The White Hart's gorgeous 15th century exterior undoubtedly hints to the delights inside. Perhaps even surpassing Surrey's only surviving Maypole as the jewel in the Village's crown(!), the history of The White Hart is rich and varied. Not one's for recommending venues based solely on nostalgia and appearance however, TGTG can say with impunity that the flawless dedication to fantastic food and wine at The White Hart is just as impressive as the aesthetics.
The array of cuisine is enormous, with smorgasboards, salad, pasta, pizza, meat and fresh fish all present. Whatever your pallette desires, it's more than likely to be available. Chef Paul will even answer any questions you may have about what's on offer. The wine menu is similarly vast, with an array of red, white, rosι and fizz available to keep your food company. Browse the menus to take it all in! Of course, The White Hart is just as welcoming should you simply fancy a drink or two.
As a restaurant or country pub, this historical venue is among the best in the area. Book your table and immerse yourself in its surroundings!
