After 20 years as one of the best loved Italian restaurants in Guildford, Surrey, Carlo's has seen many changes but one thing always remains - a genuine passion and pride for Italian cuisine.
The a la carte menu provides an extensive choice of real Italian food and is complemented by a much talked about 'Specials Board' featuring fresh fish delivered daily from Billingsgate market and the South Coast. A set lunch menu is also available throughout the week.
Even after a stylish modernisation and expansion Carlo's still maintains all the warmth and charm of the classic Italian trattoria. It is also the perfect venue for party bookings. Whether it be christmas, a wedding, christening, birthday or just a get together Carlo's can tailor make the occasion for you.
The new modern design of the restaurant means the arches provide perfect partitions allowing you to feel you have your own private area whilst retaining the atmosphere and ambience of the rest of the restaurant. The extended bar area is perfect for drinks on arrival or for mingling after your meal.
